Abstract:  This discussion of Raynaud’s disease focuses on etiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and recommendations. Tables provide information about drugs of choice for treating Raynaud’s disease and/or Raynaud’s phenomenon, nutritional supplements that may safely reduce the severity and frequency of attacks and sample formulations for treating Raynaud’s disease (Nifedipine in PLO Gel, Nitroglycerin 0.2% Ointment, Coenzyme Q10 100 mg-in-Oil Capsules and Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin D3 Oral Liquid).
