Abstract: The authors provide two case reports illustrating the effect of treatment with topical secretin in ameliorating symptoms of autism in two pediatric patients. In both cases, patients responded favorably in terms of behavioral and physical improvement, so much so that both were able to begin attending nonautistic classes in mainstream schools.
