Abstract:  The purpose of this procedure is to establish a standard operating procedure for cataloging comprehensive data on the clinical efficacy and side effects of compounded transdermal prescriptions for veterinary patients and the effect of treatment on prognosis. A Veterinary Compounded Prescription Information Collection Form that can be photocopied for use in the pharmacy is included.
