Abstract:  An effective strategy for marketing pharmacy services must first get the prospect’s attention. Having gotten that attention, engage the prospect by addressing his or her specific need or problem. Educate the prospect about solutions available, then offer a choice of solutions so he or she can make a decision about doing business.
