Abstract: Implementation of the United States Pharmacopeia Chapter <797> viable air sampling process can be done via various methods. This multi-site infusion pharmacy organization considered several factors in developing an air-sampling program. This article reviews the factors that should be considered, challenges of implementation, and results of deciding to conduct in-house testing.
