Abstract
Regular, task-oriented staff meetings will have a positive impact in your pharmacy practice and will improve your management style. The three major objectives discussed in this article are to convince pharmacists to conduct regular staff meetings; introduce a tried-and-true, mission-critical agenda for each meeting; and introduce pharmacists to an Internet-based technology resource for creating a task-centered, practice management approach with the pharmacy staff. Another great advantage for using the approach described here is that you’ll have everything documented for each staff member’s impact on your pharmacy practice during their end-of-year review.
