Abstract: The author, Lloyd Scholar at the Lloyd Library and Museum in Cincinnati, OH, profiles the History of Pharmacy Museum at the Arizona College of Pharmacy in Tucson. This museum, open since 1966, is based on artifacts c collected by Jesse Hurlbut, a Tucson pharmacist and inspector with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy. The collection is openly accessible in the College of Pharmacy. More than 60,000 bottles, original packagings for patent and proprietary medicines, herbal containers and pieces of equipment, store fixtures and other artifacts make up the collection. Information as to location and hours open is provided, along with contact information.
