Abstract:  The author presents a tool she has developed to help pharmacists monitor the way their patients are feeling: a Symptoms List Chart. The chart provides four lists of symptoms associated with low progesterone, low estrogen, excess progesterone and excess estrogen. It can be used during an initial patient consultation to determine a woman’s supplemental hormone needs and then again on subsequent visits to determine whether the woman’s prescribed dosages are meeting or exceeding her hormone requirements. The chart is provided and can be photocopied for use in the pharmacy.
