Abstract
The purpose of this procedure is to document how an electronic balance should be operated and maintained. The procedure additionally describes how calibration weight(s) should be maintained and used to check balance performance. A Balance Calibration Log Form, suitable for photocopying and using in the pharmacy, is provided.
