Abstract:  The purpose of this procedure is to provide a method of standardizing the operation, cleaning and documentation of an incubator. The procedure, along with signature and authorization lines and a line for implementation date, can be photocopied for insertion into a pharmacy’s book of standard operating procedures. A form documenting cleaning of the incubator can also be photocopied for pharmacy use.
