Download in electronic PDF format for $75
Abstract: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are vitally important to the preparation of quality compounded pharmaceuticals. Uniform, consistent procedures can help ensure the quality of final preparations. Proper documentation provides verification of the activities involved in compounding. Standard Operating Procedures should be reviewed annually and updated annually or when a procedure or process changes in the pharmacy. This SOP ensures that the SOP Manual is kept current and accurate.
