Abstract: In the ongoing goal of familiarizing compounding pharmacists with the appropriate standards set forth in each chapter of the United States Pharmacopeia, this article, which represents part two of a five-part article, discusses United States Pharmacopeia Chapter <1163> as it relates to documentation and verification. Some of the chapters referred to in <1163> will also be summarized and incorporated in this discussion.
