Abstract:  The purpose of this procedure is to provide an organized method of documenting commercial product availability. The procedure is formatted with lines for the signature of the writer and authorizer and a line for the implementation date. Both it and the Documentation of Commercial Product Availability form provided can be photocopied for insertion into pharmacy books of procedures and logs.
