Abstract: The author recounts what he and his partner experienced when they decided to install a microenvironment system. The main topics of discussion include deciding on options, benefits of a microenvironment and costs and outcome. The author concludes that the reader should contact different manufacturers of microenvironments and cleanrooms, visit sites using different types of units and ask questions and manipulate preparations in each unit visited.
