Abstract:  A high-performance liquid chromatographic assay method was developed to facilitate stability studies of extemporaneously compounded oral liquid formulations of ziprasidone. The method is simple and precise within the needs of the pharmaceutical profession. The throughput time is approximately 7 minutes per sample. The method is easily adaptable for individual needs.
