Abstract
This article is being reprinted verbatim with permission from Wolters Kluwer. The original article was a Pharmacy OneSource Blog Post of August 16, 2015 on the topic of compounding. The author’s primary purpose of the post was to raise concern over the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education’s devaluation of compounding and pharmaceutical science and its increasing return to vocational education.
