Abstract: The author presents four case studies, including a case of mercury poisoning treated with 2,3-dimercapto-1-propanesulfonic acid Na.H20 (DMPS), a case of wood-smoke allergy treated with a mixed antigen combining all four wood types the patient was burning in his wood stove, a case involving a patient with severe environmental sensitivities who developed a very severe infection of the urinary tract and was treated with an allergy-free equivalent of a double-strength sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim formulation and a case involving an exposure to insecticide of a patient who was a diabetic and a heart patient, and also environmentally sensitive who was successfully treated with allergy-free atropine drops. The formulations used in all four cases are provided.
