Abstract: Fibromyalgia is a collection of symptoms with an unknown cause. In this article, the author focuses on symptoms and treatment regimen (dietary recommendations, exercise, sleep, stress, nutritional support and topical treatments). A sidebar shows the body’s tender points and describes their location. The author concludes that if individuals and their physicians are willing to be persistent and integrate conventional practice with the tools of the compounding pharmacist, the patient will improve.
