Abstract:  The purpose of this procedure is to provide a monthly routine check for the storage of bulk chemicals and finished compounded pharmaceuticals. The procedure, with lines for signature of writer and person authorizing and a line indicating implementation date, can be photocopied for use in pharmacy books of standard operating procedures. A Documentation of Proper Storage Log form is also included.
