Abstract: No matter what your definition of professional success, there are some basic rules to help you achieve it. First define success: what do you want to achieve for yourself and your business? Lead by example: displaying true integrity will help your employees trust you and look to you for guidance in carrying out their work. Clarify expectations: only if an employee knows what is expected of him can he meet—or exceed—those expectations. Evaluate the team: make sure you have the right people in the right jobs. Following these principles will help you achieve not only personal success, but organizational success.
