Abstract:  In this article, the author presents his perspective – and advice – on team building and management of employees within the pharmacy environment. He discusses several core principles that pharmacy owners or managers can use to build good, hard-working, focused teams: team vision, an organization chart, conflict resolution among team members, conflict resolution with customers, growing the individual employee and the principles of giving.
