Abstract:  Locator maps are a simple, inexpensive and effective marketing tool. The size of prescription pads, they can be printed in pads of 25 to 50. Instead of carrying prescription information, each has the pharmacist’s name, pharmacy name, address and phone number and a map to the pharmacy. Comments are included by a compounding pharmacist who has successfully used this as a give-away when he visits physicians’ and veterinarians’ offices.
