Case Reports on the Use of Aloe Vera, Naltrexone, and Topiramate for the Treatment of Scars

Abstract

The purpose of this case report is to discuss the use of Aloe Vera/Naltrexone/Topiramate 0.5/1/2.5% in Pracasil–Plus cream in two patients; one patient with post dysplasia removal surgery, and one patient post cholecystectomy to reduce appearance of suture scar tissue. Images of scar progression for both of these patients are provided. Both patients have seen desirable effects from the scar cream, including a decrease in discoloration and a more suitable texture of the scar area.
